About the Role

This position is pivotal in leading the digital transformation for Transactional Accounting processes, requiring close collaboration with business units, IT teams, and external partners.
Your Contributions
- Define the digital landscape strategy and roadmap, translating business needs into innovative solutions for transactional accounting.
- Lead the execution of digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory compliance.
- Act as a strategic business partner, fostering collaboration across teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Manage projects end-to-end, including defining deliverables, managing budgets and timelines, and reporting to senior leadership.
- Lead and mentor teams, supporting their professional growth and skill development.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation leveraging technologies such as AI, RPA, and cloud solutions.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of implemented digital solutions.
What You Bring
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with proven senior-level stakeholder management experience.
- Strategic and analytical thinking, with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience leading large-scale digital or finance transformation projects.
- Ability to develop and design new solution concepts with a strong understanding of ERP systems and data integration.
- Familiarity with SAP modules (FI/CO or MM) is beneficial.
