Facilities Project Manager
Prestwick Aerosystems, a company with a rich heritage in Ayrshire's aircraft manufacturing, is seeking a driven Facilities Project Manager. You will be instrumental in delivering essential facilities and infrastructure projects that underpin our site operations, safety, and long-term capability. This is a delivery-focused role where you will be accountable for outcomes, not just coordination.
How you will contribute to the team:
- Take full responsibility for delivering facilities and infrastructure projects from concept through to completion, ensuring all time, cost, and technical requirements are met.
- Lead the development of engineering solutions and manage tender processes, including the technical and commercial evaluation of contractor submissions.
- Oversee on-site project execution, effectively managing contractors and ensuring strict compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
- Monitor, control, and report on project progress, risks, and costs, providing clear and concise updates to stakeholders and site leadership.
Requirements for the role:
- Proven experience in delivering infrastructure, construction, or facilities projects within a complex engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Possess strong technical knowledge in building, civil, or services engineering.
- Demonstrated experience managing project budgets, timelines, contractors, and technical delivery.
- Working knowledge of construction-related health & safety regulations and compliance.
This role specifically requires demonstrable experience in delivering facilities or infrastructure projects; candidates without this essential experience will not be considered.

Location and Requirements:
This is a 100% site-based role located in Prestwick, Ayrshire. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK, as visa sponsorship is not available.
