This is a delivery-focused role where you will be accountable for outcomes, not just coordination.

How you will contribute to the team:

  • Take full responsibility for delivering facilities and infrastructure projects from concept through to completion, ensuring all time, cost, and technical requirements are met.

  • Monitor, control, and report on project progress, risks, and costs, providing clear and concise updates to stakeholders and site leadership.

Requirements for the role:

  • Proven experience in delivering infrastructure, construction, or facilities projects within a complex engineering or manufacturing environment.
  • Possess strong technical knowledge in building, civil, or services engineering.

This role specifically requires demonstrable experience in delivering facilities or infrastructure projects; candidates without this essential experience will not be considered.

What we will offer you:

  • A 37-hour working week with a half-day on Friday.
  • A defined contribution pension scheme (4% employee / 8% employer).
  • 33 days of annual leave, with the potential to rise with service.
  • An annual bonus linked to company performance.
  • Life assurance cover (4x basic salary).
  • Access to a Virtual GP and Employee Assistance Programme.
  • Opportunities for professional development and training.
