2. Third-Party Redirections
When you click to apply for a job, you are redirected outbound to the hiring company's official application system or partner ATS platform. Those external sites operate under their own data privacy frameworks. We do not track downstream job applications or hold visibility over your application status.
3. Server Logs and Cookies
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare CDN) may log basic, anonymous network request metadata (such as obfuscated IP addresses, browser types, and timestamps) solely to maintain website security, prevent abuse, and optimize performance. We do not use marketing or tracking cookies to build visitor profiles.
4. Search and AI Indexing Bots
We allow standard search engines and verified AI research search crawlers to index our directory's pre-rendered static content. This indexing is restricted to public job data and contains zero candidate data or personal logs.
