// Role Specification

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an A220 Quality Doc Release Manager (f/m) to join their Plant Quality department based in Toulouse, France. You will be part of a team developing the industrialization and assembly framework for A220 engine pylons at the Saint-Éloi plant.

Your Role:

As part of the Quality team, you will be involved in configuration reconciliations (e-BOM vs. m-BOM), attestation dossier builds, and quality compliance interfacing with Airbus Canada aiming at demonstrating product conformity and securing the first pylon release for production.

Your Challenges:

  • Execute configuration reconciliation between "as-designed" (e-BOM) and "as-built" (m-BOM / ABCL) statuses using Airbus Canada tools (ECS).
  • Identify, justify, and resolve configuration gaps, linking active concessions and NCRs to structural part numbers (SBN).
  • Compile and validate complete delivery packages (ABCL, Certificate of Conformity, test reports, Quality Gate summaries, delivery authorization).
  • Upload verified release documentation onto the Supplier Network Collaboration (SNC) platform.
  • Serve as the primary quality interface toward Airbus Canada focal points for all compliance queries.

Your Boarding Pass:

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant Scientific discipline.
  • Demonstrated background in Configuration Management and Non-Conformity handling processes.
  • Solid capability to handle data; experience with Excel macro development is a plus.
  • Strong team player with proven transnational collaboration skills across cross-functional interfaces.
  • Full professional fluency in French is required, alongside an intermediate level of English.
