Join Cavendish Nuclear and play a crucial role in supporting the smooth delivery of critical nuclear defence programmes. As an Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support within a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment, ensuring commercial processes are accurate, organised, and on track.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 37 hours per week, based at our Glasgow site, with hybrid working patterns available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining resource tracking systems, ensuring accuracy and currency of information.
- Supporting diary coordination and administrative needs for leadership teams.
- Assisting with the onboarding of new project team members to facilitate a smooth integration.
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to commercial and project activities.
- Liaising effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure project processes run efficiently.
Essential Experience:
- Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proven ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Experience collaborating with teams and stakeholders in a professional environment.
Qualifications:
- GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Mathematics, or NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration (or similar).
- Additional administrative qualifications or training would be advantageous.
Security Clearance:
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role.
