About the Role

As an Air ERP Support Analyst at BAE Systems, you will be instrumental in supporting the Service Operations associated with the day-to-day administration of the AIR ERP IT Solution. This role is vital for maintaining the operational integrity and efficiency of our critical ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake Triage & Resolution of Incidents and Problems, utilising tools such as ServiceNow and Jira.
  • Manage governance of User Account Maintenance activities.
  • Respond to and resolve general queries relating to the AIR ERP Operation.
  • Support the AIR ERP Service and Operations Manager in managing Incidents and Problems raised against the Production system.
  • Provide support to triage and fix Incidents and Problems within the Service Support Queue.
  • Conduct further investigations with ERP users to clarify and aid in the resolution of Incidents.
  • Perform verifications and checks on Account Maintenance Requests.
  • Progress general requests and queries to the relevant approver and support issue resolution.
  • Contribute to Continuous Service Improvement and cost reduction activities.
  • Provide reporting and status updates to the management team as required.
  • Support service reviews and ensure agreed service changes are managed according to the programme.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • ITIL V3 / V4 certification.
  • Proven experience in Incident Management.
  • Proven experience in Problem Management.
  • Proficiency with Service Now, Jira, and Confluence.

Working Arrangements

This role is based in Warton and requires 3 days per week on-site. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements, which can be discussed with your recruiter.
