Contrôleur de Gestion Planning & Reporting
Airbus Atlantic is seeking a Planning & Reporting Management Controller (all gender) to join its team at the Méaulte site. This role is crucial in transforming technological challenges into industrial realities within a world leader in aerostructures, pilot seats, and business/first-class passenger seats. You will be part of the team responsible for Planning & Reporting management, driving excellence in a competitive and sustainable aerospace industry.
Your Mission:
- Management Control & Business Partnering: Act as a Business Partner for central support service managers, assisting them with budget management and performance tracking.
- Cost Center Management: Manage, analyze, and report on cost centers within the "central support services" perimeter.
- Financial Closing & Reporting: Ensure monthly and annual account closing for your assigned perimeter, guaranteeing the reliability of financial reports and associated analyses.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the improvement projects of the finance function, both on-site and cross-functionally.
- Budgetary Support & Cost Tracking: Actively participate in budget preparation and elaboration, monitoring Capex, intellectual services, and operating expenses.
- Performance Indicators: Implement and monitor indicators and dashboards to ensure reliable "cost tracking".
- Administration, Systems & Digitalization: Serve as the Local IT Correspondent (CIL) for the team and provide support for various administrative tasks.
- Process Structuring: Contribute to the structuring of management processes and tools, actively participating in the progress of tool utilization and reporting automation.
Your Profile:
- First experience in management control within an industrial environment.
- Skills in budget planning, industrial flow analysis, reporting development, and financial process optimization.
- Proficiency or familiarity with management software like SAP, query tools (BW, Power BI), MS Office, and Google Suite.
- English language skills (minimum B1 level) are desired.
- Ability to thrive in a demanding environment focused on structuring and building new management processes.
- Team player with a desire to share knowledge, learn, and grow.
- Autonomous and flexible, appreciating the organizational model offered.
