Your Role: Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP)

Join our team at the Rochefort site as a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP). You will report hierarchically to the HR Director of the Establishment and work closely with operational managers, other HRBPs, and HR Competency Centers. As the preferred contact for employees and managers, you will contribute to business development by providing HR solutions aligned with operational needs. You will act as a proximity HR professional, advising and guiding managers and employees on all HR processes and matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation of HR policies and processes within your scope, including skills development, training, employment policies, salary policies, Resource Reviews, People Reviews, change management, and social dialogue.
  • Encourage management to foster an environment that promotes engagement and contribute to site vitality in collaboration with the HR team and Communications.
  • Play a key role in shaping the social climate within your perimeter.
  • Support the deployment of Health/Safety/Environment (HSE) actions and projects in cooperation with HSE and medical teams, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Educate and guide employees on Ethics and Compliance matters.
  • Potentially participate in cross-functional projects, including Employment Marketing activities, at a local level or in conjunction with HQ HR functions or other Airbus Atlantic sites.
  • Act as a coach, listening to and advising managers and collaborators.

Your Profile:

  • Significant HR experience of 5 to 8 years, ideally as a generalist in an industrial environment.
  • Experience in School Relations or Employment Marketing would be a plus.
  • Dynamic, organized, autonomous, with the ability to understand business needs and support operational teams in HR transformations.
  • Team player, eager to share knowledge, learn, and grow with colleagues.
  • Appreciates autonomy and flexibility.
  • Clear and adaptable communication skills.
  • Singularity and open-mindedness are valued.

About the Rochefort Site:

The Airbus Atlantic Rochefort site specializes in the assembly of fuselage elements for A320, A330, A350, A400M, BelugaXL, F7X, F8X, and G7500 families. It also produces pilot seats for all commercial aircraft programs, business jets, military aircraft, and civil/military helicopters. Additionally, it designs and manufactures First Class and Business Class passenger seats under the STELIA Aerospace brand.
