We are looking for our next Quality Inspector - Quality Line Side (All Gender) to join our team.

Your Mission

Based at our Toulouse site, you will join the Quality team for the A350 Fuselage division. Your role requires agility and flexibility to ensure the satisfaction of our internal (Final Assembly Line & Customer Line) and external (Airlines) clients. Reporting to the production unit, you will be responsible for ensuring the conformity of all interventions on the fuselage. You will maintain a strong field presence to secure the quality of deliverables and support the operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Control & Inspection: Conduct all types of inspections (visual, dimensional, documentary) on all fuselage systems. Validate work orders and ensure traceability in the Quality Log Book. Maintain continuous activity surveillance and conduct Quality Survey Reports.
  • Conformity Management: Identify, document, and manage the resolution of non-conformities. Validate first-level derogations. Ensure rigorous application of Customer Protection Board standards and Foreign Object Damage (FOD) prevention.
  • Continuous Improvement & Analysis: Collect and analyze technical irritants to implement curative, corrective, and preventive actions. Actively participate in production rituals such as shift launches, SQCDP meetings (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, People), and alignment meetings.
  • Field Support & Coaching: Support technicians in their technical tasks and participate in operator qualification. Act as a key communication link to reinforce the quality culture.

Your Profile (What will make the difference):

  • 3 years of experience as a Quality Inspector in the aeronautics sector.
  • Curious, with a strong sense of responsibility and a team player.
  • Autonomous, recognized for your rigor, organization, methodology, and impeccable respect for safety rules.
  • Proactive and a driver of proposals.
  • Diplomatic, with good interpersonal skills and adaptable communication.
  • Knowledge of SAP (PEA/PAC/PE1) is an asset.
  • Languages: Intermediate English (B2 level), Fluent French.
