Your Role: Laser Operator
Join our Tooling Service team at the Méaulte site. Your responsibilities will include:
- Autonomously managing metrology and geometric control activities, adapting to production schedules (weekdays or weekends).
- Innovating by contributing to the overall coherence of the geometric inspection process, participating in the development of the Control Plan in MFT (Multi-Functional Team) and the digitalization of processes.
- Optimizing by defining and preparing measurement tasks to ensure a robust inspection process that meets design office requirements (feedback loop).
- Collaborating in agile mode with partners and other group sites.
- Transmitting knowledge by participating in continuous improvement and showcasing the "Atlantic" know-how.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
- Several years of experience in metrology (minimum 5 years) or significant experience in a similar role.
- Strong transversal skills in reading plans, functional dimensioning, CAD software, and tooling adjustment/setup.
- Proficiency in dimensional measurement software (Catia, Metrolog, etc.) or a good understanding of dimensional measurement instruments (Laser Tracker, Measuring Arm, Photogrammetry, etc.).
- Technical English level is desired.
- A proactive and creative approach, comfortable in an agile environment with freedom to act and share ideas.
- A team-oriented mindset, eager to share knowledge, learn, and grow.
- Autonomy, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to a flexible work rhythm (3X8 or VSD).
- Clear communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
- Rigor, precision, and a rapid ability to adapt to new measurement tools.

About the Méaulte Site
The Méaulte facility is one of Europe's most modern aerospace factories, equipped with cutting-edge production means. Located 35 km from Amiens and near the Amiens-Henry Potez airport, the site spans 49 hectares and hosts the Airbus Atlantic Henry Potez vocational school, benefiting from advanced infrastructure and regional innovation platforms.
