Airbus Atlantic, a world leader in aerostructures and passenger seats, is seeking a Compliance Officer for POA/MOA (Production/Maintenance Organisation Approval) and a delegate SMS (Safety Management System) Representative.

Your Mission

Based at our Colomiers site, you will join the Quality team within the Integrated Management System (IMS) department. Your role will be to ensure regulatory compliance and foster safety within our operations, focusing on two primary functions:

Responsable Conformité POA/MOA (Compliance Officer)

  • Lead regulatory compliance for 2 POA and 4 MOA.
  • Serve as the primary interface and reporting contact for supervisory authorities (EASA, OSAC), coordinating information and regulatory reports.
  • Maintain certifications by rigorously updating official documentation (manuals, DO/PO arrangements).
  • Coordinate and monitor external audits by authorities, analyze non-compliance findings, and ensure corrective action plans are implemented.
  • Manage changes impacting production, logistics, purchasing, and repair organisations, evaluating and submitting them to the Authority.
  • Support personnel through training, qualification, and continuous support for certified staff.
  • Manage a multi-site team of 9 people.

Représentant délégué SMS (Delegate SMS Representative)

  • Lead the process related to flight safety (SMS component - Deputy for POA/MOA).
  • Drive and animate the Safety Management System within Airbus Atlantic, managing a network of approximately 50 correspondents and associated governance.
  • Manage safety risks by identifying threats, analyzing safety events, assessing systemic risks, and reporting major incidents to the Authorities.
  • Promote a safety culture among teams and partners, and lead the internal alert reporting system.
  • Follow safety performance indicators, consolidate objectives, and provide required SMS training.

Your Profile (What will make the difference)

You have several years of experience in aeronautical compliance and safety in a similar role, with recognized transversal skills in compliance management, continuous improvement, and risk management. You possess concrete experience in an industrial environment (production, factory, supply chain...). You are autonomous, comfortable with Google tools, and known for your interpersonal skills, communicating with frankness, clarity, and simplicity. You prioritize collective success, embrace teamwork, and bring positive, communicative energy. You can quickly analyze complex problems to identify immediate priorities. English proficiency at a B2 level is desired.
