Are you our next Automated Quality Control / Mixed Reality Methods Manager?

As part of a newly created position to strengthen our teams in automated quality control and immersive solutions (Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality) at our Méaulte site, you will report to the Automation Manager. You will join a multidisciplinary team involved in all aspects of industrial methods.

Your Mission:

  • Ensure the series life and automate inspection procedures for aircraft components, essential for production and quality. Examples include: laser scanning, 3D model overlay on real parts via augmented reality, photogrammetry, and realistic reconstruction (e.g., Gaussian splatting).
  • Manage the stock of production resources (hardware and software).
  • Monitor and conduct training for operator qualifications.
  • Assist industrialization projects using VR or AR solutions from their initiation to production, respecting HSE/Ergonomics constraints.
  • Develop virtual reality modules to meet training needs for new site arrivals.
  • Conduct benchmarking and technological watch for new AR/VR and 3D model management opportunities.

Your Profile (What will make the difference):

You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial setting, ideally with experience in automated control, 3D development, or immersive technologies. You are recognized for your expertise in at least one of the following areas:

  • Expertise:
    • Performing inspection processes on Metrolog X4.
    • Preparing 3D data (Conversion, optimization, script creation...).
    • Creating basic 3D scenes in Virtual Reality or complex scenes (Physics, lighting, texture management...).
    • On control equipment (suppliers, trends, and technological evolutions).
    • In 3D software: Solidworks, CATIA, PIXYZ, BLENDER, UNITY...
  • Knowledge:
    • Basic understanding of Python programming.
    • Foundations in HSE and ergonomics regulations.
    • Google Workspace and Microsoft Office environments.

You have an interest in immersive technologies applied to industry and aeronautics, and a drive to promote change. With strong proposal-making skills (watch and benchmark), you are autonomous, organized, rigorous in project management, and results-oriented. Your interpersonal skills with internal clients and external partners are well-established. Advanced proficiency in French and English (minimum B1 level) is required.
