Your Next Role: Customer Support Manager (All Gender)

Are you our next Customer Support Manager? At our Rochefort site, you will take responsibility for the Customer Support department within the Cabin Interior Business Unit. You will oversee customer support for Cabin Interior seats and pilot seats, reporting directly to the VP of Cabin Interior and participating in the unit's Steering Committee. Your role will be crucial in the restructuring, development, and growth of the Cabin Interior Business Unit.

Your Main Missions:

  • Innovate: Propose new services/products and develop/promote sales of Customer Support and Spare Parts to anticipate and support client needs.
  • Optimize: Lead operational performance (On-Time Delivery, On-Quality Delivery) and financial performance (Profit & Loss) to ensure excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate: Manage teams (Customer Support, Technical, Sales Administration) and coordinate with transversal departments to foster customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Deploy: Develop and manage the support service's strategic plan to strengthen the commercial ambition of the department.

Your Profile (What Will Make the Difference):

  • You have at least 10 years of experience in the aeronautics industry, ideally in cabin interiors (experience with Business/First class seats is essential).
  • You are recognized for your transversal skills in managing multidisciplinary teams, piloting complex programs, and financial P&L management (planning, risk management).
  • Your customer focus, ease with demanding contractual relationships, and assertive leadership enable you to make relevant decisions in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in English and French is required (minimum B2 level for both).
  • You are driven to lead, inspire, and grow your teams with vision and care.
  • You communicate with clarity, diplomacy, and conviction, adapting your approach with high-level clients and stakeholders.

About the Rochefort Site:

The Airbus Atlantic Rochefort site specializes in assembling fuselage elements for A320, A330, A350, A400M, F8X, and G7500 families. It also produces pilot seats for commercial aircraft across all programs, business jets, military aircraft, and civil/military helicopters. Additionally, it designs and manufactures First Class and Business Class passenger seats under the STELIA Aerospace brand.
