Your Mission

Join our Manufacturing Engineering Elementary Parts Support team at our Saint-Nazaire site. Your role will be to act as the technical and human link with our international subsidiaries, particularly in Morocco. You will drive convergence and skill development across these subsidiaries. This position combines technical expertise in Saint-Nazaire with a strong international field presence, requiring regular travel (approximately 1 week out of every 2 to subsidiary sites).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transfer Knowledge: Ensure the relay of programming standards between the Saint-Nazaire site and subsidiaries, and lead the skill development plan for programming and cutting tools.
  • Provide Guidance: Offer high-level technical support for mechanical parts and serve as the Manufacturing Engineering focal point for subsidiaries.
  • Optimize Performance: Evaluate the performance and autonomy of subsidiaries to provide key decision-making indicators to the Project Support Manager.
  • Collaborate: Interact with clients and promote activities to foster continuous improvement of the service.

Your Profile

  • A solid experience in CNC programming (3, 4, and 5 axes) within the demanding aeronautics sector.
  • Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering fundamentals applied to the industrialization of mechanical parts.
  • Rigorous, reactive, and versatile, with a strong inclination for field work and full availability for regular international travel (specifically to Morocco).
  • Ability to transfer knowledge with clarity, patience, and leadership.
  • English language proficiency (B1 level desired).
  • Recognized skills in production management and a systemic vision, with the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team.

The Saint-Nazaire Site

The Saint-Nazaire site is a center of excellence for complex elementary parts, specializing in the machining of rails and stringers, stretching and machining of 3D fuselage panels, production of structural frames, 5-axis machining of large complex parts, pipe bending and welding, and surface treatment/painting. Through its short-cycle delivery activity (Fil Rouge), the Saint-Nazaire site can rapidly respond to customer production needs.
