Your Mission
As a Master Project Manager in Toulouse, you will lead and deliver Airbus Beyond's most strategic projects end-to-end, from proposal shaping and framing through to delivery and customer satisfaction. You will orchestrate project execution across the organization, ensuring alignment between business priorities, customer commitments, governance, and delivery excellence. You will also drive project excellence, business continuity, and execution consistency across digital, classroom, consulting, and transformation projects. In line with our polyvalent culture, you may also contribute to designing and delivering project management training.
Your Responsibilities
- Project Lead: Lead strategic, complex, and high-visibility projects from opportunity framing through delivery, defining governance, strategies, operating models, and success criteria. Act as the primary point of accountability, ensuring delivery excellence in quality, timeline, budget, and customer expectations. Proactively manage risks, dependencies, issues, and escalations, building trusted relationships with stakeholders and driving projects autonomously in a dynamic environment.
- Cross-Project Orchestration: Maintain a consolidated view of ongoing projects, monitor project health, identify cross-project risks, and facilitate mitigation actions. Ensure alignment between project execution, customer commitments, and business priorities. Facilitate project reviews, governance forums, and escalation processes, providing delivery visibility and reporting to the Leadership team. Support business continuity by anticipating bottlenecks and operational risks.
- Project Management Excellence: Define, implement, and continuously improve project management methodologies, tools, and governance practices. Establish and promote best practices in planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Drive consistency and excellence across project delivery approaches, lead retrospectives, and mentor other project managers. Contribute to developing project management capabilities and deliver learning solutions when required.
- Customer Partnership & Opportunity Shaping: Act as a trusted partner to customers by contributing to opportunity shaping and framing activities. Support the definition of delivery approaches and governance models. Ensure a seamless transition from proposal to execution, manage customer expectations, conduct project reviews, and identify opportunities for follow-on engagements.
Your Boarding Pass (Requirements)
- Essential: 10+ years of experience in project and programme management. Proven ability to lead complex projects end-to-end. Strong project governance, stakeholder management, and risk management skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple concurrent projects. Excellent communication, coordination, facilitation, and influencing capabilities. Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Strong business acumen and customer orientation. Autonomous, resilient, and solution-oriented. Fluent in French & English required.
- A Strong Plus: Previous experience within a PMO, project excellence, or delivery governance function. Experience in consulting or professional services. Aerospace industry experience. Experience managing digital, learning, consulting, or transformation projects. Experience designing, facilitating, or delivering project management training. PMP, Prince2, Agile, or equivalent certifications.
