About the Role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking an Offer Manager (f/m) to join the Airframe Services team in Toulouse, France. You will be instrumental in developing the Services product and services portfolio, encompassing everything from system and cabin upgrades to comprehensive lifecycle services.

As a key member of the Lifecycle Services team, you will hold end-to-end accountability for the offer process. This includes managing customer requests through to final acceptance, with the primary goal of delivering complete, accurate, and competitive Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM)/Offer proposals within the lifecycle portfolio framework.

The services offered include, but are not limited to, parking & storage, Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO), embodiment of cabin and systems upgrades, external livery, aircraft maintenance, flight services, and lease transition & return services.

Your Responsibilities

  • Understand customer requests and needs relayed through Airbus Sales, providing expert support during customer meetings and sales campaigns.
  • Conduct preliminary evaluations of technical work scope and determine work-sharing arrangements between Airbus departments, MROs, external suppliers, and sub-contractors.
  • Assess industrial solutions by running preliminary business cases, highlighting recommendations, pre-requisites, and risks for each solution, ensuring alignment with Airbus and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with Procurement (PESA) on daily activities and write technical specifications for managing calls for tender via ePROC for Part 145 MRO, External CAMO, and External DOA sub-contracting.
  • Prepare a preliminary business case sheet (BCS) for proposed services in line with operational policy, present financial figures for go/no-go decisions, create the Commercial Offer for the customer, and hand over project information to the Project Manager.

Your Profile

  • Bac+5 degree in engineering or a similar field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in an aircraft in-service environment or the aeronautics field.
  • Proven expertise in the entire cabin modification process, from technical work scope evaluation to the creation of service bulletins.
  • Knowledge in areas such as all Airbus Aircraft family, maintenance activities (Part 145), MRO/CAMO environments, aircraft systems, and external livery is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder coordination and communication, with strong synthesis and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing business environment and customer priorities.
  • Excellent written and spoken English proficiency; a digital mindset is a plus.
