About the Role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an Approvals & QMS Manager (f/m) to join our Quality Management System Department based in Toulouse, France. You will be part of a team securing organisation approvals on new engineering projects. Your involvement will be crucial in obtaining approvals that aim at securing aircraft airworthiness and safe operations.

Your Challenges

  • Act as the primary interface with civil/military authorities to obtain and maintain Organisation Approvals (DOA, POA, MOA, TOA, CAMO).
  • Lead organisation approval surveillance, manage audits, and support the closure of non-compliances.
  • Identify external regulation changes and assess their impacts on organisation approvals.
  • Validate company procedural documents for regulatory compliance and qualify authorised signatories.
  • Drive continuous improvement within the Quality Management System.

Your Boarding Pass

  • Background in Engineering in Aeronautics or Aviation Law.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory quality management and approval requirements (DOA/POA/CAMO).
  • Strong expertise in airworthiness regulations (PART 21, PART 145, M/CAMO).
  • Proven skills in auditing, non-compliance management, and aviation authority relations.
  • Advanced level of English for technical and regulatory discussions.
