About the Role

Join our teams directly in the production halls at Hamburg-Finkenwerder – the heart of aircraft manufacturing for the A320 family (including the A321XLR) as well as our long-haul icons A330 and A350. Become an Equipment Electrician (d/m/w).
Your Responsibilities
- Assembly & Installation: Prepare, precisely install, and assemble electrical components according to the highest technological standards.
- Fault Analysis & Maintenance: Identify and efficiently resolve faults, assessing the impact of repairs with a constant focus on delivery deadlines.
- Quality & Safety Checks: Conduct inspection activities, create test programs as specified, and manage calibrations.
- Documentation: Ensure flight safety by meticulously documenting your results in the Airbus quality assurance system.
What You Bring
- Education & Experience: Completed apprenticeship as an Aircraft Equipment Electrician (d/m/w) with several years of experience in aircraft construction, OR a completed apprenticeship as an Electrician (d/m/w) / Mechatronics Technician (d/m/w) with several years of industrial experience or several years of experience in aviation.
- Work Ethic: High reliability, precision, patience, and an above-average awareness of quality and deadlines.
- Mindset: Strong team spirit combined with personal responsibility, and a desire to actively shape and improve production processes.
- Languages: Fluent German and basic English skills.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts (2 or 3-shift system, weekly rotation, 5-day week) and a team player mentality when needed.
