Graduate Program - Airbus Helicopters España, SA
Airbus Helicopters España, SA is seeking recent graduates for an exclusive Graduate Program in Spain, designed to foster professional careers in the aeronautical sector. This program offers a unique blend of academic learning and practical experience, combining a Master's degree with an 11-month internship.
Program Structure:
- Master's Degree: Study a Master's organized in training blocks, developed in collaboration with Camilo José Cela University, focusing on the most in-demand skills for future professionals.
- Internship: Undertake an 11-month full-time internship (40h/week) at Airbus, commencing in early October 2026, in an area related to your degree.
- Compensation: An attractive study grant will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the coordination, planning, and deployment of the training plan.
- Assist with internship and scholarship management, including interview scheduling.
- Contribute to HR improvement projects.
- Support the development of presentations, information materials, indicators, and reports.
- Assist in updating HR department databases.
- Provide general support to the HR department, including filing documentation, receiving calls, and employee support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources and Labour Relations or Psychology.
- Negotiation level of English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent team spirit and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in complex and international environments.
