Operations Manager (d/m/w) - Military Support Center Germany

Airbus Helicopters in Nordholz is looking for an Operations Manager to support the Military Support Center Germany within the 'On Site Support' (OSS) department.

The OSS team assists customers with the planning and execution of maintenance and repair activities at the Nordholz site.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Operation of customer IT systems, specifically SASPF (SAP-based).
• Flight planning and control.
• Analysis of operational data and fault data from aircraft, integrating customer-provided hardware and software systems.
• Managing maintenance due to disruptions.
• Capacity planning.
• Planned maintenance execution.
• Planning and execution of Technical Operating Instructions (TAB).
• Close collaboration with the customer's logistics department.
• Performing customer-specific documented certification for restoring and maintaining airworthiness according to DEMAR (German Airworthiness Requirements).
• Control and maintenance of digital documentation for high-value components/equipment.
• Ensuring the approved configuration status of aircraft.

Required Knowledge and Qualifications:

• A completed vocational training of at least three years in Logistics/Material Supply or Aircraft Technical fields.
• Further training as a Meister/Techniker or equivalent.
• Experience with the NH90 helicopter.
• Experience in German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr) operations management.
• Proficiency in using SASPF or an active user account is urgently required as you will be working with the customer's operating system.
• Knowledge of IETD / IETP-X systems.
• Very good English language skills.
