Business Improvement Opportunity at Airbus Defence & Space, Tablada
A temporary opportunity has arisen for a Business Improvement specialist to join Airbus Defence & Space in Tablada (Seville). The successful candidate will become part of the Business Improvement area, playing a key role in achieving business excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and enable the achievement of business excellence through the application of business improvement fundamentals.
- Utilize lean and Right First Time principles, along with associated methods like Lean/Operating Systems, Problem Solving, and Quality Standards.
- Develop and contribute to the evolution and maintenance of the improvement referential.
- Lead the transfer and coaching of improvement concepts, principles, tools, and techniques.
- Foster the development of autonomy and competency within the business.
Skills and Experience Required
- Education: Degree or a related discipline.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience, with a specific mention of Human Resources experience.
- Soft Skills: High adaptability to work on new topics, new business areas, and in a networking capacity.
- Languages: Advanced level in both Spanish and English.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in SAP PHM, Office, Google Workspace, and Workday.
- Valuable: Experience in aeronautical topics is considered a plus.
