About the Role

Position Responsibilities

  • Change Request Processing: Log, categorize, and prioritize change requests according to ITIL processes. Gather information and coordinate with stakeholders for change assessment. Ensure all change documentation is accurate and compliant. Work with requestors to meet planned delivery timescales.
  • Change & Release Coordination and Communication: Coordinate change schedules and communicate details to impacted teams. Maintain a Forward Schedule of Change to manage potential clashes. Support the preparation of materials for Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings. Track change progress and escalate issues as needed.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of change activities, approvals, and outcomes within the ITSM system. Support process performance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Support: Respond to queries from IT teams and business users regarding change processes. Assist in identifying and escalating risks related to changes. Coordinate closely with Release and Environments teams for seamless delivery.
  • Process Adherence and Improvement: Adhere to established change management policies and procedures. Contribute suggestions for process improvements and assist in updating documentation.

Qualifications

  • Basic Qualifications: Experience or exposure to ITIL-based change management processes is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities. Customer-focused approach. Team player with a willingness to learn.
