The Role
As a Contract Support Administrator, you will have an out-of-the-ordinary role, focusing on managing all customer contract activities to achieve excellence in customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include greeting customers dropping off and collecting vehicles, providing service desk telephone support for customer inquiries, and booking maintenance, service, and repair appointments for vehicles. You will also be responsible for raising tasks on in-house systems, ordering parts from suppliers, and the following:
- Develop customer relationships through service excellence.
- Attend all meetings, both internal and external, to meet the demands of the role.
- Liaise with all internal stakeholders, instilling a clear perspective on requirements to fulfil our contractual obligations and achieve customer delivery targets.
- Deal effectively with all customer concerns.
- Creation and submission of management information and reports.
This role is full-time, working 37.5 hours per week, and is based on-site in Walsall.
Essential Experience
- Experience in a similar administration role.
- Experience in providing excellent customer service and building rapport.
- Ability to develop and maintain good internal and external relationships.

Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) / Non-Police Personnel Vetting (NPPV) security clearance for this role.
