About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Web Developer (m/f) specializing in the CRM domain to join Airbus Helicopters in Albacete. You will become part of the AH Information Management Directorate, taking responsibility for managing, driving, and monitoring the delivery of digital projects related to Airbus Helicopters' Customer Relationship Management.

The CRM domain is crucial for our Marketing, Sales, and Support departments, involving various teams that interact directly or indirectly with our customers. In a context of high service usage, you will be accountable for the stability, performance, and operability of our solutions, acting as a key liaison between internal teams, managed service providers (MSPs), and users to ensure service excellence.

CRM Solutions Portfolio

The CRM solutions portfolio includes:

• Our Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and applications like PROS CPQ, Qualtrics).
• Our customer portal AirbusWorld, powered by the Liferay portal solution.
• Technical requests applications: a suite of web and mobile services developed to meet customer expectations and security standards.
• A range of custom web-based applications supporting diverse domains from marketing to support.

Your Challenges

As a Web Developer in the CRM domain, your primary mission will be to design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications. Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Development & Integration: Build and enhance front-end and back-end components for custom web applications and CRM tools.
• Solution Design: Contribute to the technical architecture of new features, ensuring alignment with the "API First" strategy and security standards.
• Portal Management: Maintain and evolve the AirbusWorld portal (Liferay), guaranteeing a seamless user experience for our international customers.
• Technical Support: Provide level 3 support for complex technical issues and drive the continuous improvement of existing applications.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize application performance and responsiveness.
• Security Compliance: Implement best practices in web security to safeguard sensitive customer and aeronautical data.

Technical Expertise Required

• Modern Front-end: Mastery of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+, with advanced proficiency in at least one modern framework (React, Vue.js, or Angular).
• CMS Knowledge: Experience or strong interest in Liferay or similar enterprise CMS solutions.
• Back-end Development: Strong skills in server-side technologies, particularly Java and modern frameworks like Next.js.
• Data Management: Proficiency in SQL and database design.
• DevOps & Infrastructure: Solid understanding of containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Architecture & Security: Strong "API First" approach and a deep awareness of web performance and security protocols (OWASP, authentication standards).

Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• Agile Methodology: Experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban), including effort estimation (story pointing).
• CI/CD: Practical knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines, specifically using GitLab.
• Quality Assurance: Proficiency in application testing (unit, functional, and integration testing).

Soft Skills

• Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills for interacting with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Mindset: Rigorous, autonomous, and a strong team spirit.
• Customer Orientation: A focus on delivering value to the end-user.
• Language: Advanced level in English is mandatory for this international role.
