Customer Manager

Rolls‑Royce & Partners Finance Limited (“RRPF”) is seeking a Customer Manager (Sales & Business Analyst) to join their London-based team. RRPF is a leading engine leasing company with a significant global portfolio, supporting over 50 customers and more than 420 engines.

This role is crucial in bridging customer-facing commercial responsibilities with analytical problem-solving, acting as a liaison between clients and internal digital teams. The Customer Manager will ensure that operational requirements are effectively translated into scalable digital solutions that deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end customer relationships, from initial sales engagement through to contract renewal.
  • Translate customer operational requirements into detailed digital and data specifications.
  • Contribute to the development of the sales pipeline, including the creation of proposals and negotiation of contracts.
  • Analyse customer data, usage trends, and return on investment (ROI) to identify and pursue upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with delivery and product development teams to ensure optimal customer outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of aviation operations and associated record-keeping workflows.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Aviation, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in customer management, business analysis, or solution sales.
  • The ability to systematically translate operational needs into structured requirements.
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience within the aviation, leasing, or aerospace sectors.
  • Familiarity with digital products or data analytics platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting proposal development and contract negotiations.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Comfort and experience working collaboratively across product, delivery, and sales departments.
