The Role: Procurement Demand Manager

Within the Cyber & Security Solutions Business Area, we are seeking a Procurement Demand Manager. This role is preferably based at our Rome Laurentina office, with the possibility of employment also at the Genoa Fiumara office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal clients (Business Lines, Competence Centers, CTO) and the Purchasing function.
  • Verify requirements and needs, contributing to demand definition from the initial stages of purchase specification drafting.
  • Monitor the issuance of offers, orders, contracts, tenders, and/or Framework Agreements for requested goods and/or services.
  • Support the elaboration of the commercial offer during the Bid phase, certifying overall external costs.
  • Participate in the Integrated Project Team (IPT) during contract execution, ensuring the procurement budget is updated and aligned with the project's economic plan, and identifying potential efficiencies through Procurement activities.
  • Produce the Annual Procurement Budget for the division's TOP and Primary contracts, updating its progress throughout the year based on existing procurement plans and IPT scheduling.
  • Contribute to ensuring the best contractual conditions in line with active contracts for the acquisition of products, services, and solutions by overseeing Terms and Conditions, as well as contractual and commercial matters.

What We're Looking For

  • Education: Degree preferably in Computer Science/Electronics, Economics, Management Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Seniority: Expert. 3-5 years of experience in Procurement or Project Management.
  • Technical/IT Skills:
    • Procurement or Supply Chain Management capabilities.
    • Knowledge of Project Management methodologies.
    • System Integration.
    • Familiarity with the SAP platform.
    • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office package.
  • Language Skills: B2 level English (written and spoken).
  • Behavioral Competencies: Planning and organizational skills, proactivity, flexibility, excellent relationship-building skills, problem-solving orientation, ability to manage complex situations.

  • Contract: Permanent, CDI equivalent.

  • Salary: Total Base Pay Range: 36K - 55K.
