Digital Engineering Specialist Opportunities

We have multiple opportunities for Digital Engineering Specialists, Senior Digital Engineers, and Principal Digital Engineers. These roles focus on delivering structured digital information that supports the design, maintenance, and development of critical infrastructure. You will be at the forefront of advancing your career in a dynamic and future-focused environment.

Specialisations include:

  • Information Managers: Requiring 3D CAD and Data Management experience; PLM experience is a bonus.
  • BIM Managers: Requiring expertise in ISO 19650.
  • CDE Managers: Requiring Asite and general DMS management experience.
  • Digital Rehearsal Delivery: Focusing on Point Clouds, 4D, VR/AR, and Animations.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and maintain project data across multiple disciplines, including performing audits and quality checks.
  • Produce and maintain project and functional procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Configure and support digital engineering tools across major projects, guiding users on best practice and model management.
  • Support and contribute to the wider digital strategy, leveraging knowledge of emerging tools and technologies.
  • Collaborate with delivery partners and clients, engaging stakeholders to ensure both operational and strategic requirements are achieved.

What you’ll need:

  • A degree in engineering, construction, or a scientific discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in nuclear, defence, or similarly regulated sectors is desirable.
  • A drive to own and shape your career development journey.

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
