Digital Engineering & Configuration Engineers
Rolls‑Royce is seeking Digital Engineering & Configuration Engineers to support a range of current and future opportunities across our Defence business.
Our Digital Engineering teams are responsible for enabling the effective management, control and utilisation of engineering information throughout the product lifecycle. Working at the intersection of engineering, data and technology, these teams play a critical role in supporting the development, delivery and sustainment of complex aerospace products.
We are interested in hearing from engineers with experience in digital engineering, product data management, configuration management, engineering systems and digital transformation.

What we're looking for:
- Engineering, Digital or Technical degree (or equivalent experience)
- Experience managing engineering data, product structures or configuration control
- Understanding of digital engineering tools and processes
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Experience within complex engineering environments is advantageous
To work for the Rolls‑Royce Defence Early Life Cycle business, an individual has to hold a Security Check clearance. Rolls‑Royce will support the application for Security Clearance if you do not currently already have this in place.
