Your Future Missions
As a Database Administrator, you will be part of a team managing various Database Technologies within Airbus Helicopters' Hosting & Cloud Services. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing and optimizing production, development, and test environments for ORACLE, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and other DB technologies.
- Collaborating with System Architects to ensure the database layer meets rigorous performance requirements.
- Performing regular maintenance, including backups, restores, and statistics calculations, to ensure high availability.
- Supporting and backing up the database product manager.
- Maintaining databases for critical Airbus Helicopters applications, such as 3DEXPERIENCE.
Your Profile
- Master's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in managing ORACLE, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL databases.
- Knowledge of scripting languages for automation and analysis.
- Proficiency in creating and managing technical documentation.
- Curious, open-minded, collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
- Autonomous, organized, delivery/customer-oriented, technology enthusiast with robustness in facing crises.
- Experience working on projects with international teams and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (working language); German is a plus.
