About the Role
An opportunity for an experienced Scrum Master has arisen within Airbus Helicopters in Albacete, Spain. You will join the Data & Analytics team and act as a Scrum Master within an Agile Release Train, playing a critical role in the digital continuity of the world’s leading helicopter manufacturer.
Your Challenges
- Guide and facilitate all extended Scrum and Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, iteration reviews, and retrospectives) for a Data & Analytics squad of 10 people.
- Ensure the agile framework is strictly followed to optimize team velocity, secure sprint commitments, and deliver high-quality SAP BI products.
- Protect the agile squad from external distractions and actively remove architectural or organizational impediments hindering daily progress.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Manager, Product Owners, and Domain Leaders to refine, prioritize, and maintain a healthy product backlog.
- Monitor and report squad performance, velocity metrics, and risks to management during weekly run mode general interfaces.
Your Profile
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Agile Leadership, Coaching, or Scrum Master roles.
- Technical expertise in extended Scrum frameworks, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles, and agile governance.
- Hands-on experience working with Agile project management tools (such as Jira or Agility) to track PI delivery, dependencies, and metrics.
- Background or strong functional knowledge within Data & Analytics domains and SAP BI product environments.
- Advanced Scrum Master certifications (e.g., PSM, SASM, SSM) are highly desirable.
