Emerging Talent Coordinator

The Role

As an Emerging Talent Coordinator, you will be instrumental in supporting the attraction, recruitment, onboarding, and development of apprentices, graduates, and other early careers talent across the business. This is a full-time, permanent role requiring 37 hours per week, with a hybrid working arrangement allowing for 2-3 days on-site in Leicester. Occasional travel to other Cavendish Nuclear locations will be necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating activities across emerging talent programmes, including inductions, development events, briefings, accreditations, and graduation activities.
  • Managing the Emerging Talent inbox and supporting both internal and external stakeholders with queries and guidance.
  • Maintaining accurate management information, dashboards, and reporting relating to apprenticeship and graduate programmes.
  • Booking training and development activities against apprentice and graduate training plans and matrices.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance candidate, learner, and stakeholder experiences.

Essential Experience:

  • Experience communicating effectively within a customer-facing or stakeholder-focused environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records, reports, and administrative processes.
  • Experience identifying opportunities to improve processes and deliver better outcomes.

Security Clearance:
