Role Description

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead the engineering of products that are recognised as the best in the world. Working across our programme portfolio, you will manage one or two direct reports and ensure the efficient and effective management of resources for time-constrained projects.

This role requires technical competence and the ability to direct multi-disciplined teams in the development of highly complex products. Your technical credibility will be essential, although hands-on development will not be required.

Essential Requirements

  • Technically credible with FPGA and C++ (not hands-on).
  • Proven product delivery experience.
  • Experience managing software engineering projects.
  • Must be a UK National (by birth or naturalisation) and a permanent UK Resident for the last 5 years.
  • Must qualify for full, unrestricted UK Security Clearance.
  • Due to security clearance requirements, dual nationals and non-UK nationals cannot be considered for this role.
