ERP Project Manager
Join BAE Systems as an ERP Project Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our strategic Integrated Business Plan (IBP). You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As part of our global colleague network, you'll pioneer progress and protect what matters most, contributing to advanced, technology-led defence, aerospace, and security solutions that shape a safer future.
This position offers a hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days a week on-site in Warton. We encourage you to speak with your recruiter about flexible working options available for this role.
Core Duties:
- Ensure seamless integration between projects, including smooth transitions into Business as Usual support.
- Provide accurate reporting of project status to team members, leadership, and external stakeholders.
- Effectively manage partner and supplier relationships.
- Oversee the management of DAREO and issue resolution.
- Develop and track comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Ensure the effective application of business, project, and quality management processes across all projects.
- Support and drive improvements within the project delivery process.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven IT Project Management background.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience with 3rd party suppliers and senior management.
- PRINCE2 and/or APMP qualification is desirable.
- Experience working on projects utilizing agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience working on ERP-related projects.
