By joining our team, you will actively contribute to the operational superiority of our aircraft. In a demanding international context, your expertise will be crucial for maximizing the survivability of our helicopters against adversary defense systems and for securing our sensitive data.
Your mission will focus on two major areas: radar discretion (reducing signature to delay detection, identification, and engagement) and TEMPEST security (protection against electromagnetic espionage).
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Technical Referent: Act as an architect on militarization technologies, consolidating the overall vision and technological roadmaps of the Design Office.
- Discretion Architecture: Influence the overall aircraft design to minimize its radar signature and prevent unintentional electromagnetic emanations.
- Analysis and Modeling: Conduct cutting-edge scientific analyses and modeling in signal processing, radio chains, and physico-chemical properties of materials.
- Qualification Strategy: Define and participate in test campaigns, and develop compliance strategies according to the most demanding military standards.
- Supplier Management: Specify needs, supervise, and technically challenge external partners throughout the development cycle.
Your profile:
- Experience: You have at least 5 years of experience in military hardening (RS, TEMPEST) and associated modeling approaches.
- Technical Expertise: Solid skills in signal processing, radio chains, and physico-chemical properties of materials. Knowledge of rotary-wing aircraft architecture and military environments.
- Languages: Fluent French and English.
- Soft skills: Analytical mind, open-mindedness, leadership, and excellent negotiation and communication skills.
