Your Future Missions

Join our team to optimize maintenance workload, maximize fleet availability, and meet customer expectations. You will be part of the transnational Maintenance & Ground Operation department, comprising 70 people from France and Germany, responsible for designing maintenance and ground operations for all helicopter programs. Your objective is to design solutions that minimize the impact of troubleshooting operations on aircraft availability and maintenance costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design of the Function: Define and challenge existing or supplier-proposed solutions; produce design documentation (functional specifications, validation, and certification).
  • Technical Supervision: Oversee the design of testability (BIT) for avionics equipment, specify fault monitoring logic, and define system-level diagnostic rules.
  • Project Management: Lead planning, deliverables, costs, and quality, while identifying and mitigating project risks.
  • Subcontracting Management: Define activity packages, contract services, ensure operational monitoring, and validate deliverables before payment.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the "Failure Management" technical repository by defining processes and validation rules to enhance efficiency.

Your Profile:

  • Education: Master's degree (or equivalent) in systems engineering or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in aeronautical program development. Knowledge of avionics systems development, embedded systems testability, safety analyses (FMEA/AMDEC), or helicopter maintenance is a strong asset.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in project and budget management, subcontracting follow-up, and ideally expertise in helicopter function development (system diagnostics/troubleshooting).
