Extended Enterprise Product Manager (m/f) - Marignane

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Extended Enterprise Product Manager at Airbus Helicopters in Marignane. As part of the Digital directorate, you will play a key role in the company's digital transformation, focusing on the "Extended Enterprise" Product Service Line.

This role involves providing and managing Extended Enterprise solutions that grant Airbus Helicopters Suppliers, Partners, Customers, and employees secure access to AH Information Systems and services from their own premises, ensuring adherence to strict service level agreements and security policies.

You will be a valuable member of a dynamic and empowered multifunctional team within the "Digital Infrastructure and Platforms" domain, where teamwork and solidarity are core values.

Scope and Main Activities:

Your responsibilities will encompass end-to-end Extended Enterprise business projects, change requests, demand management, and the delivery of comprehensive Extended Enterprise solutions for our diverse user base.

As the IT Extended Enterprise Product Manager, you will be accountable for the delivery of the following digital services:

  • Business Consulting: Support business in defining activities to be externalized and their associated use cases.
  • Extended Enterprise Solutions Design: Collaborate with the EE PSL architect on defining appropriate solutions and support Proof of Concept (POC) delivery.
  • Projects: Lead and contribute to the implementation, acceptance, and operational organization of EE solutions as a Project Leader or Work Package Leader, requiring high-level stakeholder coordination.
  • Run: Ensure monitoring and service continuity for Extended Enterprise products, manage incidents, requests, and changes, handle escalations, and improve awareness and usage of existing solutions.
  • Harmonization and Improvement: Identify opportunities for streamlining the EE solution portfolio and fostering harmonization of the Extended Enterprise organization, processes, and solutions across core countries in alignment with business stakeholders and enterprise architecture.

You will act as a key coordinator and facilitator, working closely with all IM and business stakeholders to ensure their effective contribution to both run and build activities.

Required Skills and Competencies:

The ideal candidate will possess a combination of the following skills:

  • Master's degree level (or equivalent) in Information Technology or a related field.
  • A strong IT background with 5 to 10 years of experience in an IT operational environment, demonstrating vision and integration capabilities within the IT landscape.
  • Good understanding of business requirements, a customer service orientation, and a focus on quality deliverables.
  • Proficiency in Partner & Subcontractor Management, Stakeholder Management, and understanding Customer expectations and needs.
  • Experience working in an agile environment.
  • Team spirit, strong interpersonal skills, service-mindedness, and accountability.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Negotiation level fluency in both French and English.

This role involves regular travel within Europe.

This is a permanent, local contract position. The role requires awareness of compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity. This position will require a security clearance or eligibility for clearance.
