Fleet Administration Coordinator
At Babcock, we're dedicated to creating a safe and secure world. We are seeking a Fleet Administration Coordinator to join our Land business, supporting MSC operations. This role is central to ensuring our fleet assets are compliant, tracked, and fully operational.
This is a dynamic, coordination-focused position at the heart of fleet operations. You will work collaboratively with stations, suppliers, and internal teams to guarantee that vehicles and equipment are maintained and available according to the annual plan.
The Role
As a Fleet Administration Coordinator, you will provide essential day-to-day administrative and planning support for MSC fleet operations. Your responsibilities will include coordinating servicing events, meticulously maintaining accurate records, and actively supporting defect and compliance management. This ensures all assets remain safe, legal, and ready for deployment.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:
- Coordinating planned servicing, inspections, and fleet events in line with the annual maintenance plan.
- Maintaining accurate asset, mileage, and compliance records within designated fleet systems.
- Monitoring priority assets, managing defects, and supporting their resolution with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance documentation is current, complete, and prepared for audits.
- Liaising effectively with stations, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth fleet operations.
This is a full-time, permanent, onsite role located in Ruislip. The working hours are 40 per week, Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 16:00.
Essential Experience:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment.
- High attention to detail and confidence in maintaining accurate records.
- Proficiency in working with systems, databases, and Microsoft Office applications.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and coordination.

Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role.
