About the Role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Full Time Auditor (f/m) to join our QTL Internal Audits department based in Toulouse, France. You will be part of a team developing independent assurance frameworks and process optimization across all Airbus operations. As part of the Internal Audits team, you will be involved in leading complex transnational audits, evaluating risk management practices, and approving corrective action plans aiming at securing full compliance with internal directives and international aviation standards.

Your Working Environment

Toulouse, the global capital of aeronautics and European capital for space research, is a dynamic city in the southwest of France. Ideally located between the Mediterranean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean and close to the Pyrenees mountains, it offers plenty of options for outdoor activities.

Your Challenges

  • Lead complex, transnational internal audits (12 to 15 audits per year) to evaluate adherence to Airbus policies and directives.
  • Manage the full audit life cycle: select audit teams, establish questionnaires, conduct interviews, rank findings, and deliver formal reports.
  • Evaluate and approve Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective action plans submitted by Action Plan Leaders.
  • Verify and validate the effective closure of findings in strict accordance with the Airbus audit referential (A2183.2).
  • Conduct specialized quality investigations on demand and support the Quality Audit Manager in annual audit planning.

Your Boarding Pass (Qualifications)

  • 2 to 5 years of proven experience as a qualified Auditor, preferably within an industrial framework.
  • 2 to 5 years of operational experience in Production, Quality, Program Management, or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Strong background in quality management standards (EN9100) and aviation regulations (EASA Part 21-G).
  • Solid problem-solving expertise and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodology.
  • Outstanding communication, active listening, and negotiation skills with demonstrated assertiveness across all organizational levels.
  • Full professional fluency in English (negotiation level) is required to lead transnational audit assignments.
