GBS Finance Transformation Lead
This is a Full Time, Fixed Term Contract role until 31/03/2027, operating on a Hybrid basis. The position is based in either London with 50% travel to Derby, Krakow, and Indianapolis, or in Derby with 50% travel to London, Krakow, and Indianapolis.

The GBS Finance Transformation Lead will support the GBS Finance and Data teams with transitions, focusing on:
- Driving and delivering the agreed transformation (simplification, standardisation, and automation) of Invoice to Pay within the 'Fix the basics' program.
- Ensuring the transformation roadmap and objectives are congruent with the strategic goals for Finance and are future-proof, assessing for feasibility and sustainability.
- Reviewing resourcing needs and providing feedback on the proposed Organisation Design, ensuring role profiles and JDs align with global Finance design and capture key competencies.
- Embedding new governance, including KPI and SLA reporting.
- Liaising with Finance operations leaders and Internal Control for process harmonisation and control enhancements.
- Supporting updates to process documentation and assuring the quality and accessibility of Knowledge material.
- Building trusting and collaborative relationships with finance stakeholders and acting as the first point of escalation for transformation issues and risks.
Who we’re looking for:
- Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or international equivalent).
- Demonstrable finance transformation experience in STP (Source to Pay) delivering solutions across people, process, and technology.
- Technology savvy with proven experience in SAP, BW, and automation tools.
- Global GBS (Global Business Services) experience.
- Proven stakeholder management skills.
- Clear communication tailored to the audience and circumstances.
- Attention to detail and ability to see the bigger picture.
- Ability to risk assess and recommend solutions.
