About the Role
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Buyer Marking & Decofilm (f/m) to join our Chemicals & Services Procurement (PMBP) department based in Toulouse, France. This role is perfect for individuals with strategic thinking, an open mindset, and the ability to influence stakeholders within international teams, especially those who have led projects to protect Airbus' interests.
You will be part of a dynamic team of 15 employees responsible for purchasing across all Airbus commercial aircraft programs, all plants and FALs, and the entire Airbus Group. Your primary focus will be on securing the Marking and Adhesive portfolio.

Your Challenges
- Define sourcing strategies and maintain supplier relationships to ensure day-to-day business needs (cost, time, quality) are met and ramp-up targets are achieved.
- Manage Calls For Tenders and select suppliers in accordance with Airbus processes.
- Negotiate long-term contracts and ensure the best contractual conditions, monitoring terms throughout innovation, development, serial production, and support phases.
- Lead and interface with multifunctional teams (Programme, Design office, Manufacture Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.) for all commodity-related activities.
- Oversee supplier commercial performance, including claim management, identifying cost reduction opportunities, and proactively managing and mitigating risks.
Your Boarding Pass
- Master degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Procurement experience with solid business acumen and thorough knowledge of the Procurement process.
- Contract negotiation experience backed by a strong commercial background and legal awareness.
- Proficiency in Excel and SAP; project management experience or technical understanding is a plus.
- Mandatory negotiation level of English; French, German, or Spanish are a plus. Ability to travel for business is required.
