  • Manage a team of 15 people within Electrical Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Define milestones and pilot project schedules for Design Office, Elec ME, Workshop, suppliers, and modifications.
  • Act as an interface with Project, Programme, FAL, MCA, Supply Chain, and Suppliers.
  • Monitor milestones, quality, response times for non-conformities, and budgets.
  • Provide end-to-end reporting for the H160M program.

Your Future Missions:

As part of our team, you will engage in various missions focused on customer satisfaction, contributing to the Manufacturing Engineering Elec activities within the Services and Equipments division. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Management of a team of 15 people.
  • Defining milestones and project piloting of schedules for Design Office / Elec ME / Elec Workshop / Elec suppliers / Tracking of on-aircraft modifications.
  • Acting as an interface with Project / Programme / FAL / MCA / Supply chain (Strategic and Operational Procurement) / Suppliers.
  • Monitoring milestones, quality, and response time for Non-Conformance (NC) treatment.
  • Budget monitoring and cost estimation.
  • End-to-end reporting for the H160M.

Your Profile:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience.
  • Technical expertise in aeronautical electrical activities (tools, technical specificities).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Soft skills: adaptability, agility, customer orientation, team spirit.
