Airbus Helicopters is seeking a Head of Transformation and Digital Perfo Management (f/m) to join their team in Marignane, France. This role is central to the company's evolution, focusing on steering ambitious Transformation and Digital journeys and acting as the financial architect for future systems and processes.
Your Future Missions:
As a pivotal member of the Finance Controlling leadership team, you will manage a team of 5 people and oversee several key financial areas:
- EII - IM Run Costs (€200m): Drumbeat IM recurring costs across France, Germany, and Spain to meet targets, deliver financial reporting, build planning and forecasts, manage chargebacks, and support improvement initiatives.
- CPP Portfolio Controlling (€225m - 180 projects): Secure project adherence to targets, support process definition, manage stakeholders, deliver financial reporting, build planning and forecasts, and secure saving estimations.
- Project Controller of NewERP (€45m), DDMS (€20m) and other Digital/Transfo Projects: Safeguard business cases and evolutions, deliver monthly reporting and planning, and ensure proper capitalization of costs.
- EIA / E / L / T Function Controlling and IM Capex (€20m) Controlling: Secure reporting and planning for EI, oversee IM capex arbitration and project follow-up, and manage asset follow-up.
- Digital Innovation Controlling: Support the Digital Innovation team in defining project financial assessments and expected ROI, including Artificial Intelligence projects.
