About the Role
Airbus Helicopters España, SA is looking for a permanent professional to join their team in Customer Account and Service Management. This role is pivotal in managing and leading the S&S P&L, overseeing SOP exercises, driving business performance, and developing new business opportunities and offers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the S&S Profit & Loss (P&L), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) exercises, and Business Performance.
- Drive new Business Developments and manage Offers.
- Consolidate the Product Support Organisation (PSO) view to ensure the success of daily operations.
- Monitor Plateaus and Fleet Availability.
- Ensure effective Contract Execution and high Customer Satisfaction.
Requirements
- Language proficiency in English and Spanish at a negotiation level is required.
- A strong awareness of potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity are essential.
