About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe for an Integrated Planning Lead. This position is integral to the ADs Programme Excellence team, focusing on enhancing and deploying integrated project and programme planning across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Integrated Project & Programme Planning process, including methods, tools, and their deployment across the business.
  • Manage the planning system capabilities, identifying, prioritizing, and coordinating new capabilities as the Unified Planning Product Owner in collaboration with Digital and external providers.
  • Serve as the divisional lead and functional lead for all planning coaches and the Project & Programme planners network.
  • Act as the AD process owner for “Manage Integrated Planning”.
  • Coordinate demand on behalf of Business and functions towards the Digital organization and maintain business ownership with strategic suppliers.
  • Serve as an interface to the overall AD PM Digital ambition.
