For these new opportunities and challenges in the world of logistics, Airbus Logistik GmbH in Hamburg is looking for motivated employees (m/f/d) for its Am Genter Ufer location, effective immediately.
Your Responsibilities:
- Perform smooth warehouse operations and common inventory tasks.
- Relocate goods in containers, on pallets, or similar, including receiving from the handover point, scanning containers, and moving them to their storage location.
- Consolidate picked goods, followed by packing and preparation for onward transport.
- Reconcile quantities and serial numbers.
- Package dangerous goods according to ADR 1.3.
- Check and verify data in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Operate various sublevelled electrical systems and units: e.g., Lean Lift, carousel storage systems, mobile shelving, and industrial trucks.
Your Profile:
- Previous experience in operational contract logistics.
- Knowledge of the German language (spoken and written).
- Forklift license, Stage 2; crane license desirable.
- Experience with industrial trucks desirable.
- Knowledge of material management systems; initial experience with hand-held scanners and inventory activities.
- Resilience, reliability, and customer orientation.
- Willingness to work shifts.
- Valid G25 medical examination.
