Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Logistics Field Representative (m/f/d) to support the Material Support & Logistics department.
Responsibilities and Main Tasks:
The Logistics Field Representative (m/f/d) will support the customer DRF Luftrettung in Rheinmünster in all logistics matters and act as the interface to Airbus. These tasks will be performed in collaboration with the AHD Customer Logistics Manager (CLM).
- Execution of logistic processes and on-site customer contact (Rheinmünster).
- Management of consignment stock and replenishment (orders, backorders, etc.).
- Coordination and management of deliveries (physical and administrative material movements and quality control).
- Handling/definition of warehouse stock levels.
- Development of a forecast according to the maintenance plan.
- Processing and monitoring of warranty claims.
- Analysis of logistics key figures, identification of optimization potential, and implementation of suitable measures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Completed Master's degree with related specialized further qualification in logistics.
- Alternatively, completed vocational training with many years of professional experience in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, and/or Purchasing.
- Technical experience in the aviation sector is a plus.
- Teamwork and social skills are important to you.
- Good communication skills and the ability to address all types of target groups.
- High adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Good IT skills (especially MS Excel and SAP MM/EC2).
- Proficiency in German and English at a negotiation level.
