  • Demonstrable experience creating, managing, and improving processes, with an understanding of Lean techniques or continuous improvement practices.
  • Ability to conduct risk assessments, with an understanding of Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) requirements and awareness of potential hazards.
  • Experience using root cause analysis tools to solve problems and improve performance outcomes.
  • Comfortable using systems and tools such as SAP, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Visio, TeamCenter and SharePoint; experience with web content or design is beneficial.

Working Arrangements

This position is based in Sheffield with a hybrid working model, requiring 3 days per week on-site between Monday and Thursday. Occasional travel to Barrow-in-Furness may be required once a month, depending on business needs.
