About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for you to join Rolls-Royce as a Manufacturing Services Engineer, becoming an integral part of the Manufacturing Services organisation that supports the entire Rolls-Royce plc. This role is based in Bristol, United Kingdom.

What you will be doing:

Working closely with Manufacturing Service Leaders (MSLs) or equivalent, you will ensure that organisational objectives and goals are delivered. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Requirements Analysis: Identifying and developing opportunities for improvements, analysing machine tool reliability, and assessing OEM and Contractor spend.
  • Coordination: Supporting external Service Provider partnerships and in-house service lines to meet business requirements.
  • Health & Safety Standards: Following and implementing national safety standards and company standards, potentially taking on the role of Responsible Person (RP) or Deputy RP.
  • Planning Development: Developing and implementing Energy Management plans, strategies, and initiatives for Manufacturing Services at cell and plant level.
  • Leadership: Taking control of Fixture Care, developing the service to the business, and ensuring Fixture Care service providers are monitored against agreed performance levels.
