About the Role

We are offering a unique opportunity to contribute to making the UK a safer place through innovation. You will collaborate with government and law enforcement organisations, addressing some of the most challenging data and technology problems.

This role involves integrating into our software development or data science teams. You will act as the primary liaison between these technical teams and our customers. Your responsibilities will include collecting and managing requirements, supporting the delivery process, leading acceptance testing, and overseeing the end-to-end benefits management process. You will ensure that changes are correctly implemented and that anticipated benefits are realised.

About You

You should be passionate about technology and its role in enhancing UK safety. While a degree in a related field is beneficial, we highly value demonstrable skills and experience acquired through self-driven learning and career progression.

Core Skills Expected:

  • Eliciting and analysing functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Accurate documentation of customer requirements and priorities.
  • Organising and prioritising requirements using techniques like product roadmaps, epics, user stories, and backlogs.

Location

This role can be based in our offices located in Salford Quays, Manchester, or alternatively in London or Malvern.

Pay and Benefits

Naimuri offers competitive industry pay, with salary dependent on experience and seniority assessed during the interview process relative to team needs.

We offer a full-time working week of 37.5 hours with flexibility over working times. Part-time working options can be discussed. Core hours are 10:00am - 3:00pm, with office hours between 7:30am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday. Some 'in office' days may be required for collaboration, and occasional travel to customer sites within the UK or to our Manchester office may be necessary.
