As a Network Infrastructure Engineer & Architect, your responsibilities will include technology development, integration testing, deployment, and product lifecycle management for Network Security Products.
How You Will Contribute to the Team
- Maintain and manage changes throughout the lifecycle of Network Products, driving improvements in efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Analyze console messages and diagnose system failures, implementing corrective actions to ensure operational continuity and escalating issues as needed.
- Supervise system backups and lead disaster recovery tests, implementing technologies and processes to enhance reliability, efficiency, and availability.
- Ensure operational continuity and system reliability by managing ITIL support processes, diagnosing failures, and executing backup/disaster recovery protocols.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, encompassing all economic aspects, including budget planning.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A background in IT/Telecommunications with proven experience in Data Centre Network Technologies, including BGP, OSPF, routing protocols, QoS, Routers communities, VRFs, and IP Management.
- Experience with Cisco devices alongside network and security management platforms such as ACI and Firewalls.
- Experience with F5/Load Balancers.
- Experience in encryption, including understanding of relevant protocols (e.g., HTTPS, IPSEC) and crypto boxes from manufacturers like Compumatica, Genua, and Cisco.
- Network certifications are highly desirable.
